Unacceptable wait times on phone lines

I have tried now on a number of occasions to call you help desk. The wait time is a joke, and feel you should really re-think this being offered to your customers as an option.
Today I tried to call to discuss a product I'm interested in, but ended up hanging up as life's too short. This is damaging your business.
