UNATTENDED XP SETUP HELP

Hi all, im wanting to make my own xp pro install disc which will include sp2, a number of bits removed from xp and the sata drivers i need.
i would also like it so that it can be installed unattended.

is their some free software to enable this to be done or a tutorial?
