Gotta disagree the prices really are great for a CPU that is so hard to come by. There are some places still selling single core AMD socket 939 CPU's for £100.

Ah, thought you meant the 3800 and 4200's.

The 4400's are more expensive because the supply is none existent. Anybody selling them cheaper is giving them away and is a good buy.
