I picked this up the other day, the first three, was $20 and worth it I think. HOWEVER, the first one, jesus, wave after wave after wave after wave of enemies. I've almost finished it but it's very repetitive. I really enjoyed the 4th one, will the 2nd and 3rd be more like the first or the 4th?

It's the only critique I have of the game right now, other than that, I'm liking the character development, writing is awesome and the upgraded graphics... Wow!!! Still looks good even by today's standards.

Among Thieves is way better than the first, great location variety, significantly improved graphics, better setpieces, pacing etc. 3 was a tiny bit of a letdown but still worth playing.

2 & 3 are definitely closer to 4, the series shows a clear progression. Many people actually think Among Thieves is the best in the series. I'd say it's more or less a tie with 4.

Awesome :D I had read that #2 was the best (or at least along with #4) so that's good. I'm mostly playing through them simply because I enjoyed the characters so much in the 4th one and just want to know more about the previous games and the character progression. But 6 hours of constant gun fights has got me a little tired of playing the 1st but I'll finish it off today.

I loved the collection; played them prior to the 4th and Uncharted is now one of my favourite ever games as love the characters and locations etc. I agree about 1; just get through it fir the story and character progression. Visuals are cool too. Remasters were amazing; out before the ps4pro was even known about too and I’d never even heard of hdr when I played the collection haha. Naughty Dog are one of the greats no doubt for characters, gfx and writing!

Agreed, I really enjoyed the first Tomb Raider reboot, but it just takes it's self too serious. Uncharted is the best action adventure game I've ever played. Hands down. So much fun.

Totally agree! The Lost Legacy holds its own as a classic standalone Uncharted game for me too which is a testament to Naughy Dog and their writing when the main character wasn’t even in it! A truly wonderful series and a PlayStation gem.

Lost Legacy was so good. I didn't expect it to be but I adored everything about it. It's a must play if you love Uncharted.

I plan to get it after I rebuy U4 and do them together, these games are so fun to play. You can just switch off and enjoy an interactive action adventure movie.

Uncharted 1 - was groundbreaking when it came out on PS3, I remember downloading the demo and was shocked when Drakes clothes got wet when you enter water.
Uncharted 2 - THAT sequence, those who have played it know what I'm on about. Cements it as maybe one of the best. No spoilers.
Uncharted 3 - as good as the 2nd with some amazing sequences.
Uncharted 4 - was technically outstanding all around and again has an certain amazing sequence. Some very nice easter eggs.
Lost Legacy - was great, really enjoyed it, well worth a play through if you enjoyed 4.

I thought the lost legacy was a real let down.

Done it all before and it didn’t offer anything new. What is it with ND and their train fetish.

The complete series takes inspiration from Indiana Jones, specifically the train sequence from The Last Crusade.

I'll stop by Gamestop later today to pick up Lost Legacy as well then as I've got a giftcard to spend there.

UNCHARTED MARATHON THIS WEEKEND! I'll skip the 4th as I've completed it, completed the 1st last night, I'll start the second one tonight. Got popcorn at home, fizzy drinks... Supposed to be pushing Mythic Aggramar but raid can take a back seat this week.

HIT IT BARRY!

Let's get it onnnnnnnn

(I've had too much coffee)

I am playing through this at the moment and i have to agree with you, also i much prefer looking at Chloe's behind than Drakes :p

Started the second one today, and wooooooooooooo, it's a lot of fun. I'm in Nepal's but have had to peel my self away from the screen as I need to go do boring adult chores and stuffs.

Chloe is an interesting character, the annoying British guy is well... Annoying. I think based off this one, I will pick up lost legacy and reply through 4 and then continue with lost legacy.

But yea, loving the second at the moment, pacing is a LOT better, not a rinse repeat gunfight like the first.

Of which, I give it a 6.5/10. Awesome character development, still holds up to todays games but the constant fighting really got to me at the end. Final boss battle was a little tedious yet simple. But, still good fun.

2 is one the top games ever imo.

I played 2 way back on PS3, not usually my favourite types of games but I really liked it.
I didn't really enjoy Uncharted 4, way too much climbing that rarely felt challenging at all and barely evolved throughout the game.

I really liked Lost Legacy however, much preferred the pacing to 4, more satisfying puzzles, and the part with more open non-linear progression was great.
