I am trying to decide wether or not to queue with a smaller business. The only reason why is that it is a lot of money for a ryzen cpu and I am a bit worried if I get a faulty one. Some people have high temperature issues and they are not sure if it's a fault or not.

A CPU running hot is not usually a fault.

As long as the Ryzen CPU you buy is a true retail sample then you always RMA it back to AMD if it’s faulty for a genuine reason - eg dead on arrival.
