Thread for discussing the new 'Under 21s Premier League' AKA Reserves football.

Results & Tables currently aren't working on the EPL site, shall be added once they are up.
It's had a slight change this year where only Category One academies can take part. Teams are also limited to having three over 21 year old players in the side as well as an overage keeper.
It's been designed so that it's a tougher, competitive and more elite league which makes the transition to premier league football easier.
There are 23 teams, they are split into three groups.
After a double round-robin, teams are divided into three new groups based on league standing in the first half of the season, to ensure better-matched games in the second half of the season.
At the end of the second half of the season, the winners of the two "Qualification groups" will play off for the right to contest a knock-out semi-final against the winner of the "Elite group", while the second and third placed teams of the Elite group also contest a semi-final.
The winners of these semi-finals will play a final to determine the overall winner of the League for the season.
Note; Taken this information from where I could source it online, I can't find an 'official' website as such. If anyone can, that'd be grand.
