Under Counter Fridge Freezers

Sorry for the boring question but....

I need to buy a new undercounter FF, the old one has a wood effect door bolted onto the front to match the rest of the kitchen units which should be easy enough to remove BUT: How does one know which units can and cannot be fitted with this fascia?

Does this one (for example)?

Yeah, something to do with ventilation, or thats how I understand it.

They're also slightly shallower front to back than standard appliances to leave room for the door front etc.

However a quick glance about suggests that it'll be a difficult thing to find. There are plenty of integrated fridge freezers about (I know, I have one) but they all seem to be full height ones rather than under counter. Plenty of under counter integrated fridges or freezers though, just not together.
