Carnt pinpoint were its coming from apart from under the bonnet it's a nissan qashqai 2018.you can hear it on the 8 second mark of the video. Thanks for any info

This sounds like a piezo buzzer used in some alarms for things like low coolant. Has someone owned the car before you?

I own a car that's prone to coolant leaks and lots of people fit aftermarket alarms like this.
