New game by quantic dreams out this month,
Really looking forward to it.

Under the Waves is a narrative-driven adventure game about the engulfing power of grief. Set in the depths of the North Sea in a techno-futuristic 1970s, professional diver Stan is struggling to overcome a life-changing loss and embrace a new future. The isolation of the deep sea is a fitting manifestation of his state of mind, and as Stan retreads further into his self-imposed solitude, he starts to experience strange events far beneath the waves. Stuck between life and death, Stan will have to make the most significant choice of his existence.

I am on Day 4 but the chromatic aborigines effect is really jarring and there’s no graphical effects to disable it as of yet.

Still hard to judge the game this early on in so I hope to get some proper hours in over the weekend.

I couldn’t get used to the visual tearing, so waiting for a patch before trying again.
The original voices are French, which is why it feels like a bad dub (because it is).

That visual tearing certainly doesn’t help. Not sure if it’s on purpose or what.

Still haven’t had a chance to continue my play through as I’m hooked on post completion RDR2 (again!).
