upgraded from a ryzen 3600 to a 5800x3d on my msi b450 mortar max platform and the performance gains is a big boost in terms of gaming.
Is there any need to under-volt my cpu?
I found the links for the tools required to under volt this cpu from FR33THY YouTube video, the link is called Debug-cli.7zp then it takes me to overclock page and I see drive.google.com but I am. Having trouble actually downloading all this and tbh I am sick of trying and trying as all I see in my download is white paper icon
Maybe I need to zip file converter???
Will this cpu be ok at stock settings? All o do is game.

Thank you for the valuable info, I shall download 7zip as I believe this is stopping me from opening any of the tools needed for this under volt….
My motherboard is a msi, right or wrong I did go into bios and enabled Kombo strike level 3 and it successfully passed cinebench r23 for as many times i try… max temp was 80c and I believe I can run this test all day long with out any problems…
Once again thank you for all your valuable input.

Ok I leave it as it is as as Kombo strike a lot easier to set and it’s more than stable and cooler in heavy work loads…
I have gained at least 25/30 fps in call of duty and it plays that buttery smooth.
Maybe my msi 2070 armour gpu is a bottle neck and a new gpu upgrade is on the horizon…

1080p with a msi 2070, call of duty 125/145 fps, but I will upgrade my gpu but prices are extreme for new gpu at the moment. As I want to game at 1440p with higher graphic settings.

the 2070 can easy do 1440, i just sold a 2070s thats not much faster then the stock 2070 and it will a good 100FPS GPU.
if funds are tight or you just dont want to pay silly money, the 2080ti is the same speed as a 3070ti and that will max 1440p out all day long

Yes newer gen cards at the moment are well over inflated and I refuse to pay that kind of money..
Tbh I was looking at 3070ti but after reading your reply I shall look for a 2080ti. Good info thank you

3% for me is nothing to worry about.
Ok I am on the hunt now for a 2080ti. Valuable info. My monitor is only 144hz so if I can get that in frames I am
More than happy at 1440p and slightly up my settings. Thank you
