Underground labs

Do any of you want an underground lab? I was thinking how cool it would be to have an underground lab. You have an airlock and doors that open upwards and go tsshht.

My university has one, which the majority of students let alone the general public don't know about, and does work with animals in it. I wonder if the majority of universities also have such a 'stealth' lab...

My old uni did, it was on the top floor of one of the buildings though...

You don't need an underground lab with that configuration of door to achieve what you want; go open your car boot.

That was on Ch4 the other day. Thingy thingys amazing spaces.

It's pretty awesome. It got me wondering if you could buy an old tube station to do a similar thing to.

Our radiation lab at uni was underground. Most people never knew it was there. Right next door was the bumblebee lab which I always thought could lead to some interesting experiments!

One of the government clients i work for has an underground lab, always reminds me of Half life when I'm down there. unfortunately the work they do is far less exciting!
