Underseal Recommendations

I need to underseal the arches on my new car, and ill probably underseal underneath while im on a roll and covered in the stuff.

The arches are starting to lose their original underseal you see.

What is the best method for removing the old stuff?

And what is recommended to use, I would prefer none super sticky stuff, so I can jetwash down the underside of the car and the arches to be left with lovely shiny clean arches to show off

I have a tin of hammerite with waxoyl but its super sticky and messy and needs warming up before it even comes out the tin!

can you not just paint on the new stuff , I'm sure thats whats recommended by the manufacturers. waxoil under body paint, even has sound proofing qualities??

I used that black paint on stuff from waxoil and after it dries its flexable and solid so you can jetwash it clean..
