Undershelf LED strips

Hi all,

I Want to install led strip lights beneath my shoe cupboard shelves.

Does anyone have any recommendations for some of these which can link together and use one 3 pin plug to power them please?

I would also like them switched via a PIR sensor for whenever there is motion near the cupboard door

Not the cheapest in the market But the best by some way - Hue light strip + Sensor

Google them and you’ll get a better price.

Thanks, I'd thought through smart home stuff as I do like it, but feel it's overkill for what is purely bright normal white light needed.

The only other ways I can think of would be to buy a cheaper light from amazon but then the difficulty would be getting it wired via/to a PIR.

You’d probably need to get some sort of smart plug that you’d plug the light into then buy a PIR that will speak to said smart plug.

Or loop it off the socket to the PIR and have it as a traditional light/fan in a bathroom and cut the plug off the light and wire it in directly.

It’s one of those where you’re better to just bite the bullet and buy the fancier, much easier plug and play philips hue, over kill but will do exactly what you want
