Understanding Tariff/Contracts?

Last time i bought a phone was 6 years ago and they didn't have the same amount of promotional offers and different packages then, as they do now. Looking at them now leaves me somewhat confused, hopfully you can help me understand.

Using this page as an example; http://phones4u.co.uk/shop/shop_contract_details.asp?itemkey=502047&st=21

From what I understand, on this phone, for 20 quid p/month on orange you get, 200 minutes & 3000 texts and are locked into it for 24 months, under a dolphin package - correct ?

If I click into that and look at the Tariff details, it still has a list of prices for call charges and text charges etc. Are these the prices you would pay, should you go over your 200 minutes/3000 texts limit?

Also, on pay as you go offers, the dolphin package is listed as giving you 300 free texts and free internet access when you top up 10 pounds. On this contract deal, is the dolphin package the same & you recieve free internet included within the 20 quid p/month contract?

However, it leaves me confused again because further down the page are two other orange contract options, offering 250 and 500MB of internet usage and email, with 5 pounds credit (whats that?). So does this mean the 20 quid dolphin offer doesn't include internet usage afterall? :S

Thanks for any help.

Contract:
Dolphin = £20/month
Includes - 200mins, 3000 texts and normally either 250MB/500MB internet every month. (Does not roll over)
The call charges are purely for things that either go over your given allowance, or are not included in it (Picture messaging for example)

PAYG:
Dolphin
Every time you top up £10 you get: 300 free texts and some free internet.

Hopefully that helps clear some things up :)

And just to add a bit more info the contract will lock you into it for 24months or there are even 18 and 12 month contracts if you want a shorter period. Bear in mind to get out of these contracts you have to pay off the rest of the contract so if after 12months you want to change then your going to have to pay 20/month x 12.

As for PAYG you can stop this at the end of a month and switch to another PAYG or contract.
