Undervolt i9-10850/10900

I have an Asus z490 rog strix mobo

i have heard that the voltages can be aggressive and been suggested to undervolt

the main reason is to keep temps down

how do i go about doing this please

You need to find out what’s stable volt for your current setup. That means manually dialling volts and multiplier and go into windows and do some stress test and so on

once you got to a OC level and volt you are happy with you go back into that voltage and set offset to get to the desired volts.

so had a play, i used Cinebench for the stress test. Managed to get the volt down from 1.34 to 1.25 with a 48 multiplier. CPU temp dropped from 70 to 58
