It may be possible with X86 tuning Utility (like Intel's XTU but can be used on Ryzen CPU's), just depends if the settings are available.
Been a while since I tinkered with a Ryzen based laptop in such a manner but I do recall they either had settings visible or not (based on the CPU).
This is working on the basis that nothing is visible in the laptops bios (likely not) or any utility that came with it (Armory crate for Asus laptops for example).
