Hey guys is there a way to undervolt my new gigabyte 7950 as it's for mining coins so I don't need the full 1.25v that it comes with stock.

Thanks

It is actually reducing the voltage though because although MSI AB would allow me to adjust the voltage it wasn't actually changing it.

A multimeter is the best way to tell. When overvolting 680's, AB/Precision X/GPU-Z would report voltages but would be out massively.

If you copy the red text into your 'PP_PhmSoftPowerPlayTable' value, it will give you a voltage of 1125mV if that's of any use imginy.:)

Thanks I may have to try that but I did want to keep the 1.25 for gaming.

Trixx was the only program that changed my voltage with a gigabyte 7950 and i confirmed the voltage did change in GPU-Z

Do you know what bios you were using?

From what I read it works with some bios not others and it wasn't working with my card so I was going to change bios.
