Undervolting a Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX V2

Hi All...
I am using a Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX V2 Motherboard with a AMD Ryzen 9 7900X and I would like to under volt the CPU, I have looked on YouTube for information about this MB but most of the videos are only about reviewing it.
I could easily under volt my last MSI MB but this Gigabyte has many VDDC tweaks and I would like some advice if possible on what to adjust..

Have a look for a setting called curve optimiser which is usually in the bios advanced > AMD overclocking menu. Setting up a negative offset will result in an undervolt.
