UNDO Emptying Recycle bin

The GF has typically emptied the recycle bin with files she needs. whats the best way to get them back? can i get them back for her?

There are programs available on the net... google it... but most will cost you.

i have googled it. as there are so many i thought it might be worth asking more knowledgable people here who might have actually been through this process before, instead of trying dodgy freeware which could potentially ruin her pc

yeh it is. she has a presentation 2moro therefore wud save her having to redo it
