Uneven core temps?

Hey guys,

I've got a Q6600 in an Asus P5k-e, and two of my cores seem a lot hotter than the other two? I thought it originally may have been a miseven spread of thermal paste, but ive since changed the heatsink and it is still the same!

I'm running at 3.3ghz, with 4xprime95 load temps of 58c on cores 1 and 2, 50c on cores 3 and 4.......can anyone think why? My cooler was retail and is now the Tuniq tower 120.

It's normal. The chips aren't exactly flat and uneven load temps are the result.

I had 11c between mine before I lapped the IHS.
