Unexpected customer service from ocuk

Great stuff from OcUK. I've never experienced bad customer support with OcUK though, even years ago.

I remember purchasing a GFX card from them but one of the bearings in the fan became noisy, so I took it back to store and because they had non in stock to replace me with, they upgraded me with a much better card, free of charge.
 
Big rigs? Is that a game? As I said not the point I was making, if your implying a rig as in pc components then your post was pointless and unfunny

It's pretty much the worst game ever made, I guess my joke failed :(

Still props to OCUK I have had a PSU replaced with little hassle

Thank you all for your interesting and varied comments on this thread.

I just wanted to clarify that any order placed after 4:30pm Friday on a DPD next day service will not arrive until the following Tuesday. This is due to the order cut off on a Friday is 4:30pm to allow time to pick, pack and ship an order before DPD arrive to collect. We do not have another collection after that point on Friday until the following Monday afternoon, thus resulting in deliveries taking place on the Tuesday. This is clearly stated in the confirmation email which is sent following placing an order.

The game vouchers that our advisor has organised for you in this instance are purely a gesture of good will.
