unexplained lockups (360)

had a couple of lockups tonight, once in the dashboard and once in hexic. no error messages from either. no red lights etc. i'd already been playing GRAW happily for half an hour and had a game of PES5.

could it be anything to do with the impending update? i've found live to be a little iffy tonight anyway and wondered if it was because microsoft will be getting ready for the update.

perhaps, its quite possible that they'll be preloading stuff. No probs here but i see lockups during 2/10 sessions of any real length. It's relatively normal esp when playing your own music or accessing the dashboard at 'akward' times.

Live was being a pain for me, kept signing me out and failing downloads.

All fine now though.
