Well im looking forward to a long night of work! Ive got a presentation to write up for my 'group' which has to be presented tomorrow but i know that the only way that it'll get finished is if i pull an all nighter and do it myself! What a cheek!

What methods have you got for staying alert up until the presentation (11am)? Im drinking a lot of water which is supposed to help?

Also, have you got any tips for the presentation as im petrified of public speaking, hence why im pretty much writing the presentation myself, so i have a bit of confidence.

So far ive thought of:
- Handouts for others there (about 20 people) to try and keep their eyes off me!
- Cue cards

Subject is Business Management if that makes any difference?

Cheers

Rob :D

Well this is where my situation worsens...

Espresso - i dont like coffee!
Water - I can just about cope with drinking water
Food - I have none, i am owed money but that hasnt turned up meaning i have no money to buy food (£4 to my name currently). That coupled with the fact i *accidently* flooded the kitchen this morning meaning i had to throw awy my bread etc.

:( uni life isn't so fun :(

PS. Ive had about 3 hours sleep in the last 2 days because ive been worrying myself stupid about my money situation :(

PPS. OOOh i have supernoodles (donated by a kind flat mate!)

Up at 5:45am off to work now :)

Good luck on your presentation, don't let your eyes have a quick rest, I've done that before.

"I'll just rest my eyes for a minute ... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz [deadline] zzzzzzzzzzzzzz" :(

Cheers buddy :)

Im bricking it!

Presentation went ok :) Helped alleviate my nerves by making a bit of a whitty remark at the start (just commented that i hope we dont bore everyone as it was the second one on the same subject) and it got ppl chuckeling. I was more nervous once id done my bit and was waiting for the others to finish to be honest.

However the purpose of the presentation is only really to guage if we are on the right track with our written assignment, which our lecturer said we were.

Needless to say ive been unconcious since i got back till about 5 minutes ago :D

Cheers guys :)
