Uni Project help, uploading to mysql.

Hi all,

For my uni project i am making an online session saver for firefox and need help in receiving the java session file from a remote users pc and uploading it to a mysql database on my domain.

File is located: "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\5mhp0fgs.default\sessionstore.js"

Any help on how i would go about doing this would me mucho appreciated!

haha, the core aspect is making a community where users share session files etc, just stuck on how to go about this section
