unicode .pst files

I have downloaded my contacts from my work computer (running office 2003) as a .pst file. I need to import it onto my home computer running office xp. The file has been doewnloaded as a Unicode .pst file and office xp isn't able to read it. does anyone know how to convert from unicode .pst into non-unicode .pst? Help me please, this is doing my head in!!!!
