oppps, yes it was disabled I did it instead of c state... I think I need glasses.
Anyway I've set my CPU to 4.2ghz now, lets try valley again

Yes, I forced it to disable. I get over 60 FPS, so vsync is off.
There is only thing I have noticed in GPU-Z I have PerfCap Reason as VRel, SLI.
Could that be the cause for not hitting 100% load? and if so, any way to fix?

Valley isn't the best benchmarking tool, it had my 980 Ti only 30% faster than my old 780 Ti which isn't the case.
What I would do, run fraps and do a 60 second benchmark on a game with a single card, enable sli and repeat. Check your AVG/MIN/MAX framerate that way you'll see if sli is working for you. Don't forget your benching literally more than 7000 cuda cores at 1080p. even 1440p 2 Ti's are pointless imo. 2 1080 Tis are for 4k 120hz

well I did that with furmark. 250 ish FPS with SLI disabled and 460 ish FPS with SLI enabled.
SLI doesn't seem to be the major issue here, getting the cards to full load seems the issue.

If you aren't getting 99% with Firestrike then I'd DDU the driver.

Let me try firestrike. Furmark is getting my cards to full load.

Right.... seems that Firestrike is maxing out my GPU's at 99% load.
I can only assume that valley is not geared towards SLI GTX 1080ti yet? I don't think anybody else on the forums has GTX 1080ti SLI yet? Am I the first if anybody else has SLI GTX 1080ti can you see if you have the same problems as me

Yes, fullscreen is the same.
I'm confident that the issue is valley/heaven. Not the hardware/drivers now.

I don't have sli 1080 Ti but I can show even a single 1080 Ti at same settings doesn't keep my gpu pegged at 99% so 2 1080 Tis you'll never get them pegged unless you've got a 20ghz cpu -_-
