Keep pushing mate, I'm sure you can get higher still what's your full specs ?
Seems i have one of the worst 2080ti for overclocking as it locks up if it goes over 2000mhz doesn't matter what i do..
My CPU can do 5Ghz so i may do another run later with it at 5GHZ instead of 4900mhz.

Rest the specs are

I7-8700K CPU @4900mhz (Using Dark Rock Pro 4 CPU Cooler)
Asus ROG Maximus X Formula Intel Z370
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit (F4-3200C14D-32GTZR)
Asus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti ROG Strix OC
Corsair 1200watt PSU

All air cooled

Have you tried pushing your ram to 3600mhz up the vram voltage and tru that as I've found that the sweet spot with low latency vs 4100 at cl19 most 8700k will do 5 ghz when pushed.

Do you have the read out of the power limit and have you tried using after burner ?

I may have a go at overclocking stuff again later

I Just don't want to break anything while being in this lock down or i go crazy without a PC to use ;)

Could you also make sure you run the bench fullscreen as running in a window sometimes effects the score.
