Had a few drinks. It's not actually throttling because of the 10fps minimum, its throttling due to not enough voltage or too much heat resulting in the 10fps minimum. Sure i've wrote what I initially meant to put now, wil check tomorrow

Thats better. Try a run with the initial post settings;
Settings to use.
Mode = 1920*1080 8*AA Fullscreen
Preset = Custom
Quality = Ultra
Tessellation = Extreme
Ensure integrated graphics are turned off.

3080 - +650mem + 80 core
At a guess I would say one thats pre overclocked.
What are the average core and memory clocks?
Best I can do with my 3080 FE (and 5800X@stock) is around 230fps
evga ftw3 ultra and i stuck the 450w bios on it. i didnt look at the avg mem and core clocks because im an idiot

One of the best (if the best) aftermarket 3080. Id be interested to know average clocks and temps in comparison to the / my 3080 FE.
I do have really low temps, not seen it over 70c with everything cranked up. Pretty sure if i could feed it more volts it could do a lot better.
All this being said i leave it at stock for gaming and temps are around 60c with fos limited to just under my gsync monitor refresh - 97fps
I'm just messing about with the memory clocks on the gpu at the moment so see where I can get them stable and then try upping the gpu core. +800 just ran fins so I'm going up in increments of 25 till the score drops.
