The CPU and 3 7970's are stock which in afterburner show as 1150/1500 (Lightings should be 1170 at default mind)

CPU is an X2 550 B.E. unlocked to three cores and overclocked to 3.7Ghz.
You forgot the 8xAA
That is a reasonable score for three HD 7970s @stock
You could have a look at your CPU clockspeed, with 3 cards you need to keep the CPU as high as possible to avoid a bottleneck.
Could you also post an in bench screenshot so I can put you on the scoreboard please.
