Unigine Superposition Benchmark.

Curious as the max power draw I've seen on my Aorus is 374W.

What’s the cooling like on your card?

Zotac AMP is pretty safe power wise, 260W-300W I think. I just turned the fans up a notch and it peaked at 77C with the other BIOS.

Might yet switch it back but it kept me amused for an hour or two last night.

73-75c during the benchmark so on par or slightly better than yours. I guess I just lost the lottery. No big deal :)

Yeah, fair enough. I couldn’t go over +165, it was just bouncing all over the place so tried the other BIOS to see if it was just a power thing, which it clearly was as I then went up to +195.

I’ll turn it back down to +180 and +800 and leave it at that for now I think.

Still getting almost 15% more than stock, and that’s a whole heap more than the 1080Ti I didn’t buy. Pleased with the card, just hope it’s a good one.

Hmm, sounds like the Galax bios is just better than the Gigabyte one. That'd explain the cleaner power and better core clocks plus stability.

Sorry last one or ill be doing this all night and need to be up early.

GPU + 149 core - 2055 ish. Memory 8020 (+950)

My score seems to be my limit. Somethings holding it back not sure what. Maybe case airflow. I'll get a new case soon I reckon.

Not sure, doubt it would be airflow over such a short test though? Yours and Kaapstad CPU are better than mine so im assuming they have no impact at all.

How many times have you ran the Bench?

I just tried it again at +1000 mem, it crashed :(

I've ran it maybe 10-15 times today. I can't go beyond 140 core and 900 memory without crashing.

Managed this, it's something but no contest vs both of you.

I went full out, took my fan filters off as well as my side and front panels. 100% fan speed entire test and it crashed on scene 17/17 with +148 on the core and +975 on the memory. I don't think I'd have beaten 2508 but 2475 was in reach.

Alas I think I'm completely done until I get a new case. Crank your fans @seanyc5 as it doesn't seem as if yours are at 100% the entire test. Could be the difference between 2508 and 2509 :)

I’d give it a go but I’m too tight to buy the full benchmark. :p

Pretty chuffed to clear 10K at 1080P on air though.

Who said the 2080Ti’s didn’t offer much more than the 1080Ti’s. They were having a laugh!
