Uninstall help!!!!

Hey, i have just uninstalled Logitech Quickcam as i no longer needed it, i have successfully uninstalled it, yet everything the computer starts up, i get this pop-up:

when i uninstalled it, it said that both the program and logitech drivers had successfully uninstalled, now however, after the reboot, i go to ADD and REMOVE PROGRAMS, and the logitech driver is there, i click to uninstall and it says, cannot uninstall complete other installation first (the image), how can i fix this????

nope this didnt work

still pops up with that message

using autoruns i found 3 logitech entries and now have deleted those

If you don't use any other logitech software you might want to delete the logitech folders from the program folder and application data folders and run ccleaner again.
