uninstalled program left in 'add n' remove' list

i'm running vista home prem, and installed an old game called mafia which i played for a while, had enough and uninstalled it, however it has left an entry in the add and remove list, when i reclick on this to remove it just stays there, anyone know how to remove this?

ccleaner, has an option to manually remove things in there

just use ccleaner as mentioned above. grab the portable version - doesn't even need installing. just run it and click on the tools button. from here you can delete the entry.
