uninstaller application program

What it is, my computer is infected with a lot of programs, and I neeed to uninstall them. Tried to use the win7 , but it is slow. Can anyb ody recommend a program that I can use to uninstill multiple of programs at once.

If it's that bad, then the only thing I can suggest is using a linux live CD to back up any critical files you need and nuke the whole hard drive and reinstall the OS.
