Uninstalling a game help

Seems like my FS2004 has stoped working so i need to remove it but it says an error has happened when trying to uninstall the program using the "Add remove programs way, it says it may of been removed already. same thing happens if you try to remove it using the games own uninstall method too. how do you remove it then if both these ways dont work do you just delete the folder from the HD as its still there.

Not advisable to just delete the folder/etc for any problematic program. Instead reinstall the game then try & Uninstall
