Norton uninstall tool

Just checking if the Symantec tool is required instead of Windows add/remove option.

It states it for failed or a damaged installation, so thinking I'll be fine using Windows add/remove option.

Download the tool first as I've seen several instances where using the add/remove option leaves a machne with no internet access.

yup, had this exact problem un-installing 360 from a mates machine a few months back. luckily safe mode with networking allowed me to get online and google the problem.

the add/remove procedure didn't throw any errors at all. it just asked to reboot when done and then no internet access -stinking POS.
