Uninstalling Vista

I have vista beta on a 2nd hd is there an easy way of uninstalling it?

Format and then install the OS of your choice?

You'll need to edit boot.ini so that it won't give Vista as a dualboot option.

I was hoping i would not have to that, I thought perhaps with the all singing and dancing vista there might be an uninstall option.

dual booting at the moment? it's easy. assuming you running xp on the first hd, just boot from the xp cd and when prompted at the first screen, choose 'r' to use the recovery console. enter your admin password and then run these 2 commands

fixboot
fixmbr

now reboot (notice it will now boot straight into xp) and you can safely delete/format the partition vista was on.
