University Accomodation - When do I have to sort it out?

Aite, well i am a bit slow on the uptake of the whole ucas process having just finished it.

I am wondering what i have to do about accommodation and when do I have to sort that out. Should i be doing it already?

Anyone that is applying/has applied to Bristol or UCL know? Don't wanna end up with crappy accommodation

Also....for current students - where should I apply to? Would post this on thestudentroom but its not letting me sign up for some reason .

Bristol = Firm, UCL = insurance for anyone that cares

I've had some letters - none about accommodation though i think.

EDIT: LOL i take that back....looks like im getting crappy accommodation then
