Unknown driver

Hi guys, does anyone know what this driver is USB\VID_0FCE&PID_D089\3568340111592920 ?
I keep seeing it listed in Vista's reliability monitor as a failed install and when it is shown it seems to coincide with the pc starting very slow.
I tried running in safe mode and searching google but found nothing.

Excellent thanks. Now I've got something to go on.
The reason I could not find it on google was because I was searching the whole driver name.
