Unknown phone/tablet on network?

I have noticed tonight a device which is not mine is showing up on my network.

The device only appears randomly and is only seen on my PC (my PC is the only PC running win8).

I have looked at my router stats and cant see the device in any of the lists.

Anyone have any ideas or anything I should do/check?

Change your wireless passkey. Check you're running WPA2 etc.
