Unknown USB device, XPS M1530

I have done a complete reinstall of the Windows Premium XP OS. However, I have been unable to nail down one Unknown USB device.

Anyone have any clue what it is? I've been using the driver resources listed at:

6to4 network adapter is Microsofts IPv6 to IPv4 tunneling driver. I think its a known issue.

Can usually be resolved by uninstalling Broadcom drivers from 'programs and features' and installing them driver-only (i.e. from device manager, rather than running the setup file)
