Unkonwn PCI device on new install XP

Hi just installed a new OS on a new Mobo/cpu and memory after one of my previous posts about my PSU (hyper) blowing up and taking a load of componenets with it. Any how OcUK sorted me out with some new bits. I am now poorer because of "hyper" they should be god damn liable I tell you that. Idiots.
anyhow

I have fitted it all in tonight and installed it all.
All works fine and seems good and quick...

But I have a unknown PCI Device. with a yellow question mark against it.
(in device manager)

How do I find out what it is etc ?

Also my Razer Diamonback mouse will NOT install, I have installed all the latest drivers and software etc and nothing, it wont light up, it is not under "system" it just does nothing when i plug it in. any ideas please ?
as i like that mouse

have you installed the mobo chipset drivers and other on board drivers

well under my computer it tells me what cpu it is, so does that mean yes ?

I installed everything that was on the mobo enclosed cd.

No,

install the motherboard drivers that either came with the mobo on a disc or download the latest from the mobo website.

I have done that. Just updated to SP3 fully and it is sorted.

BUT now why will my razer mouse not work, I installed the software (from there website) and nothing. just says failed.

Is it possible when my PSU went BANG! it took the mouse with it as I get nothing when i plug it in (usb) ?

It is possible, try it on another pc or laptop if you can.
