Unlimited or huge number of texts/month contract?

I seem to use up an obscene amount of texts each month, I eat through the 300 I get from O2 on pay as you go in less than a week this month and it's not much better most months.

Anyone know a contract where I can get a high number (1000 or so) free a month ? :eek:

I've been on Pay as you go for about 3 years now so I've no idea where to get the decent contact deals anymore!

You then get (free for life) 200 extra x-net minutes and 1000 texts a month

In general all the good deals at the moment are. You can take a 12 month contract but you only get the 300 mins/100 texts for it. You have to decide yourself whether the extra minutes/texts are worth delaying your upgrade slightly for or not.

Given what the OP requested, an 18 month contract with the benefits is most likely going to be much closer to what he needs than rushing to get a handset ever 9-12 months.

Well I bought my current handset about 2 years ago, nothing wrong with it to be honest and I'm not someone who feels the need to always have the latest thing. As long as it's small and fairly easy to use I'm quite happy. I don't like stupid ringtones, all I want to do it recieve the odd call and text a bit

currently using a Motorola MPx220, great wee phone and built like a brick. No doubt most people hate it though

For many people the talkplan is the key, not the phone, and 18 month talkplans offer so much more at the moment.

3000 for £20 a month i think

Not as good as that orange but;

12mnth contract with T-Mobile £30 250mins 600txt

18mnth contract with 02 £30 300mins 750txt

Or..

If you dont want a phone; 1000txt + mins on a 1 month contract with 02

£25 - 200mins + 1k txt
£30 - 400mins + 1k txt
£45 - 800mins + 1k txt
