Unlock Alcatel one touch pop c1

Hi, need some help please guys, trying to unlock my Grandaughters payg EE phone as above.
Bought a code to do this no problem, but I can't work out how to enter it.
This is what I was sent :
Here is your unlock code : [NCK:18764576] [SPCK:44633947] [NSCK:90154450] [CPCK:58488172] [CCK:86055759] [SIM / PCK:19361328]

Can anyone help and tell me what to do please. :confused:

Insert a sim from a different network, turn on the phone and the dialogue to unlock the phone should pop up.

Yes ok, It just says enter SIM ME lock [NP]

Tried the last number [SIM / PCK:19361328] as it seemed right ie SIM. but that just lost one more attempt.
