Unlock k800i locked to 3?

Hi guys,

my girlfriend has a k800i locked to the 3 network but she wants to use it on O2. Does anyone know if it can be unlocked at all? I don't mind taking it to a high street shop and paying for it to be unlocked - does the carphone warehouse do this kind of thing? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You can do it yourself with a standard USB cable.

I thought you could debrand it but not unlock it?

you cant unlock the k800i at all with the usb cable, only option is to ring up 3 and ask them for the unlock key thing. And if its on a contract they will want it all paying up in full.

Well thats what they told me.

Having read the tutorial, maybe it is possible :rolleyes:
