Unlock motorola - subsidy code ?

Im trying to unlock my son's Motorola W377 (currently locked to virgin). It's asking for a subsidy code. Does anyone know of any software which will generate this or where i can get it done ?

ive used dr moto, google it it worked, not sure if it works for w377. though, i used it on my very old rzr..
