unlock otange iphone 4s help

My sister in law foolishly rushed out and bought a Xmas 4S before twigging it was locked to orange; she wants to use Tesco.

As the family IT bod its now landed on my desk, but I'm not sure its possible?

Previously I've jail broken and unlocked via ultrasn0w but I'm not sure this works anymore?

Any tips greatfully appreciated! Can it use T-Mob/EE Sims perhaps?

Get a free orange sim, call orange and pay the unlocking fee and job done?

Think she will have to be an Orange customer for a minimum of 3 months before you can request the unlock. Then its a £15 fee to unlock the phone and not a lot of fun trying to get Orange to do so (I gave up in the end)
