Hey

What is the easiest way to find out if my phone is unlocked?

Without the obvious use of trying a SIM as I have none at hand

I think you can check using the IMEI number on certain websites. I have no idea which ones though...

there are codes (varies from each manufacturer) that you can enter and it will provide info whether unlocked or not, but honestly, the easiest way is to try a different SIM.

And make sure it's a SIM from another network, not a MVNO that operates on the locked phone's network (eg giffgaff SIMs works in O2 locked phones).
