No not that I am aware of.

You should go back to the unlocked settings and identify which of your mobo sensors is the overall cpu temp (as opposed to the core temps which will be disabled). For me this is TIMPIN0.

You can identify it by loading the cpu and seeing which other temps increase roughly in line with the core temps. You can then use that one once the cores are unlocked. Although it is only a rough estimate so you must always be careful and leave a decent margin for error.

I use HWmonitor or Everest.
 
Neither of those will read the core temps.

Either of those will read the motherboard temp sensors which generally includes an overall cpu temp. But you have to work out which reading refers to your cpu and you have to work out how closely related the reading is to your core temps.
