Unlocking 3GB RAm Usage In XP

I have 3GB of Ram on my system, but notice that Windows MCE is only using 2GB of the Ram. How do i get windows to use the whole 3GB i have?

You have to edit the boot.ini file with a 3GB switch like

Some programs won't like it though. Best try it and see.

Does BIOS POST screen show all 3 gb? It should be seen without having to do anything.

Should be able to use 3 gig without doing anything. As above does it show in bios?

Yeah it shows up on bootup
