unlocking a 6800gt

I have bought 2 256meg 6800gto's and was wondering if there is any way to unlock the 16 pipes or maybe a bios flash they are running at 400 core 1000mem using coolbits, sorry if this has been asked before.

MSI make them, Dell are the only other company I know of that use them.

So it's really just a normal 6800 but with higher clocks.

there has been a thread similar made before but with all the is there or isn't there remarks, no one actually said if it can be done or not.

Try rivatuner to see if you can unlock the extra pipes.

thank you mr paul i have rivatuner installed and have used it to increase fan speeds but how do i unlock the pipelines?

after messing with rivatuner i managed to unlock the 16 pipes and 6 shaders. but the second i tried to run 3dmark i got artifacts. all is ok now i have disabled the pipes. Does anyone know how to solve this or will it not work at all

i paid 70 quid each for them so i don't really care if they are gto's or not, they can play oblivion 1280x1024 at ultra high perfectly even on stock speeds.


I still want to get them going faster if possible so can anyone help me out?
